Colour appointment was great and the lady who helped us was an awesome help when we couldn’t decide between our options. I have no issue with the administration of our contract, in fact I would sing the contractor administrator’s praises from the roof top. We started the process back in August 2021 and got told if we signed up by the end of the month we can avoid the price rise. So done so and every step and deadline bold gave us we meet. Then we signed the HIA contact in the end of March and they have 120 days from that to start the build but Bold will intentionally drag things out so they go over the 120 days to pull off the special clause.
We recently moved into our finished house that we built with Bold Living and we couldn’t be happier. It was such an enjoyable process and everyone from Bold went above and beyond. Sarah at the Evolve Studio made us feel so comfortable and confident in all of our choices. We never felt rushed or pressured and what could have been a very stressful experience was fun and exciting. They gave a price when initial signed the contract for contemporary standard inclusion. But when the actual tender they increased the price for standard inclusion for lesser SQM.
